Our festival is held at Ramsbottom Cricket Club. It is predominantly and outdoor event, with some marquee and club house stages.
There is a single-track road which leads right up to Box Office and Wristband Exchange. From Wristband Exchange there is level access into the festival site. There are a number of pathways around the site but most activity takes place on the grass of the cricket ground. The grass is kept very short and the ground is firm and flat.
To let us know your access requirements, apply for a free personal assistant ticket or book a parking space, please complete the Access Requirement Form.
There is no customer parking on site but we have reserved a limited number of spaces for Blue Badge holders only, to be booked in advance via the access requirement form. Taxis are permitted to drop off directly at the main entrance, where you will find Box Office and Wristband Exchange. Please complete the Access Requirement Form.
We provide Personal Assistants with a free ticket. To apply please complete the Access Requirement Form.
The main stage has a ramped 4m x 2.5m viewing platform, which will be stewarded at all times. Please complete Access Requirement Form.
There are accessible toilets on site, situated a short distance from the main stage. Toilets are clearly marked on the site map, in the festival programme.
There will be a BSL interpreter on site for the duration of the festival, to assist Deaf customers with general enquiries. Please complete the Access Requirement Form.
Assistance Dogs are welcome on site. An area for drinking and toileting will be provided.
There will be general warning signs around the main stage area should strobe lighting be used. There will not be warning directly before a period of strobe lighting.
ShowMed Medics will be on hand throughout the festival. In the event of a medical emergency, please alert stewards or security staff, who will advise the medics of your location.
